Session price includes 13 weeks of classes (summer 2024 session will be prorated for 11 weeks of classes). If paying in full, you will receive $10 off your total.

Private Lessons Beginning Summer Session 2024
30min - $30.25
30min x2 (can be 1hr session or 2 30min sessions) - $45.40

***Private Lessons Policy: Private lessons must be paid for in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require 12 hours notice. If no call no show, will result in no make up with no refund given.***

Once your child’s spot is reserved, payment is due on the 1st of every month. This can be paid in full or by the utilization of our payment plan (monthly or weekly available). If payment is not received by the 1st of the month, a payment reminder will be emailed on the first Monday of the month. If tuition has not been received by the 10th, your enrollment will be dropped.

If your child doesn’t attend, but you have reserved a spot in class, you are still charged each week for that reservation until you cancel. If you do not call and cancel, your child will be considered a NO SHOW with no refund given. We will not offer ‘credits’ for the classes missed, either. 

Only refunds will be given if a child is injured or not satisfied with the class. Refunds must be requested within the current session enrolled. 

ENROLLMENT PAYMENTS/PRICING

For Internal Enrollment, the first month of the new session tuition is due the first day of Open Enrollment. Overdue charges must be paid in full before accepting new enrollments. Tuition will be due day of when enrolling during Open Enrollment. All accounts paying monthly tuition will be required to have current payment saved to your account for recurring billing. Monthly tuition for the remainder of the session is billed by the 25th of the month and then charged to the payment information on file on the 1st of the month.
REGISTRATION FEE
All Families will be charged a registration fee. This fee is good for one year or until you drop out of the program.
MAKEUP POLICY
Because of our strict student to teacher ratio, each child is allowed one makeup class per month. We will do our best to find a makeup class for your child during a session that they are enrolled in only. However, once a makeup class is scheduled, if it is missed, it cannot be rescheduled. Missed classes will not result in prorated tuition or refunds. No refunds for classes missed including scheduled holidays, an extra makeup class can be scheduled in place of holidays or closures.
DROP PROCEDURE

PARENTS MUST NOTIFY THE GYMNASTICS FACILITY TO DROP A STUDENT FROM CLASS. Only a written notice via email or phone call, regular postal mail or hand delivered to our front desk will be acceptable.

Please note: You are responsible for payment for your student's classes WHETHER OR NOT YOUR STUDENT ATTENDS CLASS until the time you notify the staff VIA WRITTEN NOTICE. Please do not rely on your student to verbally let us know that he/she will no longer be attending classes. If a student stops coming to class without notification then that student's account will be charged for the additional 30 days. This charge will be for holding the student's place in that class instead of offering that place to one of the many on a waiting list.
