Mommy & Me

Our Mommy & Me Class is a structured 45min class that meets once per week. The Mommy & Me class will start with a game and stretch to get warmed up, will introduce bars, beam, and beginner floor skills. This class is perfect for littles who are needing a transition class to get familiar with our facility while still having mom right there with them!

Toddler Gymnastics

Our Toddler Classes are divided into two age groups, 3’s Young 2.5-3.5 and 3’s Old 3.5-4.5. Both classes instructor lead and are learning introductory skills on the floor, balance beam, and bars.

School Age Gymnastics

With age-appropriate instruction and a fun, encouraging atmosphere, kids gain confidence and progress at their own pace. Competitive Gymnastics

Join our competitive gymnastics program and take your skills to the next level! Designed for dedicated athletes, our program offers intensive training in all four Olympic events—vault, bars, beam, and floor—under the guidance of experienced coaches. We focus on technique, strength, artistry, and mindset to prepare gymnasts for success in sanctioned competitions.

Private Lessons

$40-$65

Ages 4-18 and all skill levels. One on one practice to work on skills of your choosing; whether its the last skill needed to move up, back handsprings for cheer tryouts, or just for fun! Private lessons are scheduled based on coach availability.

Tumbling Classes

Build power, agility, and confidence with our high-energy tumbling classes! Perfect for cheerleaders, dancers, and athletes of all levels, our classes focus on floor-based skills like rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, back handsprings, and flips—all taught in a safe, supportive environment by experienced coaches.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • PAYMENT POLICY

    For internal enrollment, the first month of the new session’s tuition is due at the time of enrolling to hold your place throughout open enrollment. Tuition will be due at the time of enrolling during open enrollment. All accounts paying monthly tuition will be required to have current payment saved to your account for recurring billing. Monthly tuition for the remainder of the session is billed between the 20th-25th of the month and then charged to the payment information on file the 1st of the month. If payment fails to be received on/by the 1st, a reminder email will be sent on the first Monday following the 1st day of the month. If payment has not been received by the 10th, enrollment will then be dropped.

    REGISTRATION FEE
    All Families will be charged a registration fee. This fee is good for one year or until you drop out of the program.

  • MAKEUP POLICY
    Because of our strict student to teacher ratio, each child is allowed one makeup class per month. We will do our best to find a makeup class for your child during a session that they are enrolled in only. However, once a makeup class is scheduled, if it is missed, it cannot be rescheduled. Missed classes will not result in prorated tuition or refunds. No refunds for classes missed including scheduled holidays, an extra makeup class can be scheduled in place of holidays or closures.


    DROP PROCEDURE:
    PARENTS MUST DROP VIA ONLINE PORTAL OR NOTIFY THE GYM VIA PHONE CALL, EMAIL, OR IN PERSON.

    Please note: You are responsible for payment for your student's classes WHETHER OR NOT YOUR STUDENT ATTENDS CLASS until the time you drop enrollment. Please do not rely on your student to verbally let us know that he/she will no longer be attending classes. If a student stops coming to class without notification then that student's account will be charged for the additional 30 days. This charge will be for holding the student's place in that class instead of offering that place to one of the many on a waiting list.

  • WHAT TO WEAR
    Boys or Girls may wear tucked in T-shirts and shorts OR Leotards for Girls. NO chewing gum or dangling jewelry. Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that is stays up for the entire workout. Girls should not wear bows or other large hair ornaments that may cause discomfort during activity. All students should be barefoot or may wear socks during class. Personal items should be left in the waiting room shelves. Jewelry should not be worn during classes. PLEASE LEAVE JEWELRY ARTICLES AT HOME. This facility's staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure your student's personal items are marked with their name.


    ARRIVAL AND PICKUP
    Be sure your student arrives 5 minutes before (no earlier please) his/her scheduled class time. Please pick up your student on time. Please inform us if you know you will be late picking up your student. Instruct your student to wait inside the building and you should escort them from the building to your car. During peak times the parking lot is crowded. Please take into consideration that our students may include young children. Please drive slowly and carefully. Do not take a chance on your student running to and from your car.
